Jeffrey S. Jackson, Ph.D.

Dr. Jackson received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Santa
Barbara, his M.A. in Psychology from Humboldt State University in California, and his Ph.D. in
Counseling Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Jackson completed his internship
at Children's Hospital in Columbus (Ohio), with specialties in pediatric psychology and child-clinical psychology. He has a prior appointment as Clinical Instructor in The Department of Pediatrics, The
Ohio State University. Prior to becoming an associate of the Child, Adult, & Family Psychological
Center, P.C., Inc., he worked in community mental health in Alaska and Pennsylvania for eight years.
Dr. Jackson has been trained in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, and family and marital therapy.
He works with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in anxiety disorders, depression,
behavioral problems, and life circumstance problems. Dr. Jackson is a licensed psychologist and is a
member of the American Psychological Association, The Eastern Psychological Association, The,
Central Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and The Association for the Advancement of Behavior Therapy (AABT).
