Mom's 65th Birthday Family Weekend
After four days of sun, sea and boat we decided to check out Maine's largest city.
On the way south, we stopped in Freeport for some really good coffee and to check out the LLBean store.

Mom and Rita.

Do you think we should park here?

How the other half lives.

The Old Port.
Portland’s Old Port is one of the most successful revitalized warehouse districts in the country.
Seamlessly connected to the waterfront, the Old Port is both a working waterfront and a chic shopping, dining, and entertainment district.
We had a really good lobster lunch at
Portland Lobster Co. - 180 Commercial St.

While in Portland, we went to see the Frank Lloyd Wright exhibit at the Portland Museum of Art.
These apples were part of the museum, not the exhibit (in case you are confused).

I'm a big fan of wall mural art and decorated brick buildings.

Take me to boating, hiking, sailing, swimming, rafting, waterskiing.

Take me back to Maine.
