Las Vegas, NV

1965 Birthday Weekend

Third Day

Gina and Bonnie outside the pirates cove on the outskirts of our hotel: Treasure Island

Gina makes it to the Fashion Mall.
This turned out to be a fabulous day due to NO SMOKING in the entire mall.
Hooray we can breathe and our eyes aren't all bloodshot.
We also had a really good time doing market research for Data Intelligence and made $28.
We had a Dove cookie, tried a new soda, watched a BBC movie in which I fell asleep, and tried a new air freshener.

Go topless!

Mindi enjoys a few moments off of her aching feet and drinking hot apple cider from Williams-Sonoma.

We all buy watches at Swatch. Good photo for a Swatch ad.

Crocs of Las Vegas.

This ice cream sundae was made entirely of cans.

The Wynn.

Gina and I show you our new Sketchers.

The Stratosphere.

The top had several rides. a roller coaster and a dare devil ride which made it seem as though you would fall off the side.

The Strip from above.

Gina and I on the top.

A silly Vegas mannequin.

Gina and a very big bear.

Freemont Street.

Gambling is everywhere.

With all of the cigarette smoke and the smog, this Oxygen Bar seemed appropriate.

The Freemont Street Light Show.

This piano man was jamming on a truck in the middle of the street.

Can you see us on Freemont Street in Las Vegas?

The Pioneer dude.

I just liked this gambling light and Major League Baseball wall display.

Daiquiris are for sale so that...

.... Mindi can drink them on the street.

Gina and her boas.

Cowboys and cowboy hats are everywhere.

The Flamingo.

These hot rods and cool dudes were very nice. They build custom bikes with really cool pedals. They asked us if we wanted to ride them, but we chickened out. I think the bikes weighted about 50 lbs.

Caesars Palace and the brand new Tower.

The ceiling in the new tower.

Gina and I enjoy an early morning snack at Caesars Palace.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!
