Wow - we finally made it two in a row. And boy did get a good night for our
outing.
A spectacular sunset and a beautiful full moon rise with a late night refreshing swim.
Dinner and
celebratory drinks followed at Gecko's (after 10pm); which thankfully serves till 1am.
Jeff.
I must say that I had a lot of fun, letting him drive and take control of our boat.
A Blue Heron, stands proudly.
Tony (Anthony) and Chris.
Later they would have quite the fun - when Chris turned his boat over because he wouldn't stop smoking
-
and then he playfully removed some of her clothing and then we all went for a late night swim.
Andy completed the British invasion on the Sarasota waterways (pathways).
Susan and Brian.
Charlie and his main squeeze.
Some birds share a sandbar.
And in case you are wondering - yes - we were this close.
It's a Pelican party, with some Ibis's in the background.
Group photo.
I just love Florida cloud formations.
And setting sun reflections on the water.
And Florida sunsets.
And the Pelican flying V.
I think that I'm going to blow this one up for my living room.
My favorite time of day and my favorite kind of light.
No words needed.
Looks like a painting.
Neysa and Paige.
Neysa - next time keep your eyes open. :)
Chris looking very happy.
Mom, this one is for you! Finally a good photo of me (and Jeff too).
Another great cloud.
It is very hard to take a good photo of the moon while you are moving too. This one came out the best.
The next full moon is Monday, September 15.
Since it will fall on a school night - we'll make
our outing on Saturday night September 13.
