Much Love to Mom, Aunt Rita, Jill and Liz Many thanks for just a girls weekend doing fun NYC things.
We got pedicures, we went to the MoMA,
we went to a really cool magic show at The Waldorf Astoria, we went to The Top of the Rock, we saw
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels on Broadway, we shopped at a Third Avenue street fair, we did lunch and brunch,
we ate Turkish, Indian and Italian food, we walked and talked and had late night cake and pastries.
It was a blast and a wonderful idea and I thank you. Love, Bonnie
I couldn't resist taking photographs of the fall foliage from the plane.
Just beautiful.
Pennsylvania is a sea of yellow and orange.
New York and Western New Jersey is very red this time of year.
Ah, New York City. The pilot gave us quite a show.
Pretty nice with the morning autumn sun.
Evokes a feeling, doesn't it?

An interesting Art Deco wall.
We have an interesting NYC Subway experience in which the B train doesn't show up for quite a while.
We can't understand the announcements (sounds like the teacher in Charlie Brown).
As it turned out
the B train doesn't run on the weekends and we have to take the D to 59th St. and change to the C
train to get to our destination.
We do wind up having a delicious lunch at Oceans Grill in my old
hood on the Upper West Side.
