A 34.5 mile trail that flows through pristine surroundings offering
opportunities to immerse yourself in native Florida. Our road trip staged the
boats at John B. Sargeant Memorial Park and the cars at Trout Creek Park, with a
lunch stop at Morris Bridge Park.
No worries, the river passage was never truly blocked, there was always a
way to travel under the many obstacles that we encountered.
A white heron looks for his next meal.
Susan and Sarah make their way down the river.
Later we would figure out that the turtles liked to dry their feet.
But on our first sighting they sure looked weird.
Nice composition.
Self Timer: Don, Nancy, Martina, Brian, Sarah, Erich, Jeff and Bonnie.
